1 can of pineapple
2 egg white
3/4 tablespoon of gelatin
1 package of Robertson Jelly Powder
3/4 cup of water
1/2 cup of whipped cream

Custard Ingredients:
2 egg yolk
1 cup of fresh milk

How to make?
1. Separate egg white and egg yolk. Beat the egg yolk, add in milk, double boil (i.e. sit the bowl of mixture in boiling water and cook it) the mixture until thick, stirring constantly.

2. Beat the egg white using electric beater until soft peaks form.

3. Pour a tablespoon of water from the 3/4 cup of water into the gelatin to dissolve it.

4. Use the remaining of 3/4 cup of water to cook the Robertson Jelly Powder until it is dissolved. Add in the dissolved gelatin liquid (3) above. Stir well.

5. Sit the bowl of jelly liquid (4) above in a pot of iced water; beat the jelly liquid using electric beater until it is thick. Add in the custard, whipped cream, egg white, and fruits, mix well, pour into jelly mold, and let it set in the fridge.
